C section Surgical scar is healed on all the places except a spot which is white after 15 days of surgery I have been applying TBACT ointment on daily basis.. Pls suggest if this is anything to worry about

Hi i had few brown stain in my panty liner and immediately rushed to my gynae. She did internal examination and said there is no blood trace found but still lets avoid risk and do ultrasound. In my report there is a finding of few small intraplacental and inferior placental marginal lake measuring upto 19.3x5.3 mm. Ultrasound dr said that my doctor might write bed rest to me till next sonography but dr said you continue your daily lifestyle and given susten medicine for 2 weeks. Should i be on bed rest?
