Pregnancy and Infertility

Is 1st trimester anomaly scan same as NT scan or is it different? Two different doctors suggested two different scans for 12th week. Please let me know if these are same.

I feel etching and burning sensation in private area. Curdy white discharge and redness over private area. It happens frequently with me approx in every 3 to 4 months. Which medicine should I take.

Actually I am breastfeeding mother ,I delivered baby in November 2023 then I got my periods in March properly, but from April I missed my periods till now.I have to go to my hometown temple next week.could you suuggest me any medicine which help to get periods immediately pr delay my periods. If I take any medication it can effect my breastmilk or my baby?

How long should we take iron and calcium supplement after C section and exclusive breastfeeding? Currently I am prescribed Hemfer and Lithohenz. But didn't mention how long the supplements is to be taken.

Hi Dr, We are going through the 1st ICSI cycle, egg retrieval done. 16 eggs crested, 10 matured, 8 fertilized and but only 2 embryos are Grade 2 and frozen. Can we go ahead with Egg Transfer with the 2 Grade 2 embryos and what's the success probability? Dr also advised us to do one more egg retrieval before transfer. How to improve egg quality? Please advise. Thanks

I had my c section done 15 days ago, the incision site is healed and painless however I have developed fever 100 degrees today. There is no other discomfort other than frequent chills when under the fan or Ac. What could be the possible reason also should I continue breastfeeding my child ?
