I took Crina NCR for three days one in the night, after four days I got periods for two days only, third day scan showed ROvary 20mm follicle Left ovary 12mm, so she decided to do iui and gave medications like letroz for five days and injections for two days Is it ok if there’s follicle and take these tabs and continue with iui cycle Also is it my periods or it's just withdrawal bleeding cuz it happened only for two days only

I was taking Calced -LC(once)and Metmorphin(twice a day) from July 2023.Weight gain last 2 months as had medical abortion b/w 23-26 February,2024. My latest ultrasound report is attached. Should I continue the medicine or anything else required? pls suggest
