I'm looking to delay my period for an upcoming vacation. When exactly should i start taking primolut N tab? My next period will start around 9th to 13th june - pls let me know the exact date I should start taking it for it to be effective? Should i take it twice a day? Thanks!

My wife had undergone MTP in Dec 21. She is having regular periods thereafter on 28 days cycle but flow has reduced both in volume and no of days. Earlier her flows were heavier upto 3rd 4th day but now it is negligible from 2nd day. Is it a normal thing or something to worry about?

Ma'am/ Sir, I've been taking the Novelon pills from last three months. All is fine but I've thyroid problem ( high level of TSH ). Ma'am/Sir, I want to know if there is any side effects of taking these birth control pills or not as I'm afraid that if I take these pills for a long time I can't be able to conceive. Pls guide.

Heights - 4.11" Weight - 62 kgs I having trouble in getting periods. It comes only after i have contraceptive pills & Deviry, that flow will be very less... There is weght gain, even after  exercising /workout (CULT) + walk for 1 hr. Please help me to regulate my periods + weight loss.

Hi Dr., My growth scan report of 27 weeks showed Placenta grade 1 but at 34 weeks it shows placenta grade 3 already. Doppler parameters ok and baby measurements corresponding to gestational age. Please can you advice what can I do to take care of this problem? Is it something in my diet causing early placenta grade 3 as I don't have BP or diabetes issues? My next routine appointment with OB is only at 36 weeks. I am tracking movements as adviced.

Hi, I want to know if isolated Ecogenic intracardiac focus size 2.5mm (in left ventricle) in level 2 ultrasound can be seen as indication of down syndrome? The NT and double marker report is fine. And one more thing, if fetal echo test is enough or any other test needs to undergo?
