Pregnancy and Infertility

My mother has undergone Laparoscopic Salpingo Oopheroctomy on 24th May. She was discharged on 25th and medication is over (Dolo), except she is continuing with Pantacid. No adverse symptom since discharge. However, she is having moderate lower abdominal pain since last night, apparently gastric. Can she have Dolo as a painkiller?

My amh leval is 0.985.my follicular study report are normal. My left ovary size is 3.4×2.5 CM and righ ovary size is 2.8×1.5 CM. Their is no any cyst but i previously operated for chocolate cyst in ovary.

Hello, PFA my follicular study report where it is shown that egg got ruptured between 18th-19th day of periods.Also,I am on following medications taken After food:- 1)tab benfit- for 3 months(3 times a day) 2) tab fertivista- for 2 months( twice a day) 3) Tab glycomet 500mg-for 3 months (at night only) :- Also,doctor has prescribed Tab dydrofem 10 mg to be taken twice a day for 2 weeks starting from tomorrow(5/June) Just want guidance on tab dydrofem 10 mg like how it will support conception(2nd baby) and why it has been given. Also, I am confused about when to make relation as egg is already ruptured.

Today my wife under went NT Scan. Doctor told us to go for double marker test. Attached the scan report. Is the scan report normal?
