If I have any serious problem , cause tat doctor not saying properly jus gave some medicine nd said to take some medical checkups

Since today morning i was suffering from stomach upset( two loose motions). As I'm breast feeding, can I take loperamide for this issue?? Please suggest

My NT was 3.2 mm nasal bone was present during NT scan and dual marker test is low risk 1:350, suggested early anomaly at 16 weeks in that scan they are saying hypoplastic nasal bone of. 2.4 mm and suggesting for aminocentisis test. Please suggest me what i can do

It's been 7 days now since I stop my deviry course but still no period or no symptom of it...I dont know why it's happening before I got period in some months without medicine but since last 3 months it's not coming until I'm not taking deviry what can be the reason... I started spotting when 3 days of loette was left and now today was the last day of loette and today was more than spotting. Is it my period? I have not missed a single dose. And my periods are pretty regular. Should I consider these my periods or I should 2-3 days to get my periods. My pelvic region also pains and feels a little heavy
