It has been 21 days since my c section delivery can i sit back on scooty and travel around for 20km?

Hi doctor, I have delivered a baby boy at November 2021 after delivery got bleeding at 15days which is heavy after 5months i got my periods that is last month that time period flow was normal like before but this month iam having bit heavy bleeding usually my bleeding will Stop for 3days but now it's continuing with bit heavy flow is this normal doctor anything serious and concerned about this.
