Pregnancy and Infertility

My baby is 1 month old and he is fed with formula from 1st day as I didn't get any milk.I tried to make him latch but he sucks for 2 times and cries as there is no milk. I used peronorm for few days for which I got few drops of milk.After that doctor suggested to use lactare.Still I am not getting any milk.I tried galact granules with lactare as well.Now I am still taking lactare tablets 3 times a day but no improvement. Need immediate help

My mean uterine artery pi lavel is 0.5. Is there any chances to IUGR? I have bleeding problem also that's why I haven't continue with ecosprin. Suggest me what to do.

Hi, I am facing issues related to irregular periods. I generally get periods timely, however, sometimes it happens in 15 days interval. ( Like once in a 3 months or so) I am not on any medication currently. Could you please suggest something for this. Thanks
