CPR is 1.2 at 38^2 weeks
Dear Doctor, the growth of the baby on the growth curve is normal . However due to low cpr my doctor has suggested for planned c section or induced delivery pain. Further another option to wait for 1 week with nst every alternate day and repeat doppler after 1 week. I am confused as to what should I do

You are already 38 weeks.
Your CPR at 1.2 is high reading which suggests reduced cerebral flow and growth restriction. There is no point in taking tension by getting repeated NST. You should go for a Caesarean straight away.
38 weeks is a good enough gestation period.
