GROWTH SCAN RESULT 36 WEEKS 4 DAYS
Hi dr I am 36 weeks 4 days pregnant. Today I had my growth scan done. Babies EFW is 2758gm. I am really worried about AC and HC value . Please guide me. Report is attached. My placenta is also posterior low lying 2.7cm away from internal OS. Is normal delivery possible in this case? My SGPT level is also at 168. I'm taking udiliv 300 thrice a day. Please help

No need to worry about the parameters as the baby weight is appropriate Also u need the termination of pregnancy at 37 weeks Trial of normal delivery is possible but only in a tertiary centre with experienced obstetrician But chances for lscs will be more

There is a lag of more than 2 weeks between AC n fl But nothing to worry as weight is more than  2.5 kg With a low lying  placenta normal delivery is not possible With cholestasis you need to be induced at 37 weeks and one day
