Hi We had fetal reduction at exactly 12th week from triplets to twins on April 24th 2022. Now we had quadruple marker test in 18th week. Actually few doctors suggested not to go for quadruple marker test after fetal reduction as we may get wrong results but we have given for it and got AFP alpha fetoprotein high ... Pathologist said it will commonly high in fetal reduction cases and so we are not advised for further tests. Is this true that AFP value high in fetal reduction cases and no further analysis required other than anamoly scan ?

I was having abdominal pain and a whole abdomen ultrasound was done which mentioned grade 1 fatty liver and bulky uterus(122.7×53.1×69.3) with normal outline and myometrial echopattern. No focal SOL noted. Endometrium midline(7.6mm). Clear bilateral adnexa. My last three cycles were heavy and only lasted 3 days instead of the usual 4-5days. The dr did a pelvic exam 3 days back and said that uterus was slightly enlarged and normal. But I had brown discharge after the exam for 3 days. Please advise what could be causing this issue and if it needs further investigation. I am 38, weight 60kgs.

My wife 's date of period is 15th of every month. last month she miss the period . and till now no period happened. we are so worried about it.
