What   does  F1  and  F2  in  left  ovary  means  in  follicular   study? And  F2  collapsed  means?

I am having problem of irregular periods and delayed periods. Right now I am having spotting since a month. I consulted a gynecologist and took Tranexa for 3 days.She asked me to start Ovral L fro the second day of my next period but  the spotting stoped for 2 dys and then again started. Should I start with the cycles of Ovral L or should I wait for more time.

I am trying to conceive so need to know how many days ovulation sticky water comes i could see it 3 days it would be great if u could help me to know

Hello, I have delivered baby three months 9 days ago. Till 8 to 9th week I had mild bleeding and then stopped. Again from two days I'm able to see spottings. Is it period or lochia again? I'm exclusively pumping and feeding the baby because of latching issues. Is it the reason I got my periods back?
