Placenta fundal posterior lower is uterine segment in location and grade 2 in maturity.lower margin of placenta is away from internal os .is there any need of worry or need instant stitches?

Hi We got married in dec 2019 and from December we are trying to conceive baby but my wife had a miscarriage in July 2020 and another one recently in July 2022 recently reports of ultrasound are attached. Now she had taken misoprost 200. Kindly guide how to make or increase strength of uterus.

I am 31 and have used pads for most of my life until recently when I have switched to using tampons. My period has reduced from 6-7days to 5days. Does using tampons reduce the duration of periods by a day or two? Or is this not related?

I am 31. Have had regular periods over the years. Cycle was 30days and lasting for 6-7days till now. Since last 6months it has reduced to 28days lasting for 5days. This month the cycle has reduced to 21days. I m worried as the periods stopped after 3rd day. I don't know whether this is normal or it needs medical attention. Kindly guide. Just for more info- I have a sedentary lifestyle, non vegetarian, I don't smoke, drink very rarely. Since last few months one thing that has changed is that there is a bit of stress in life because of which I have little irregular sleep pattern occasionally. Rest everything is fine.

Female 32 year old with an 8 month old , infant , breastfeeding on a regular basis. She has an alkaline phosphate of 350 (46-116) and serum phosphorus is 3.9(2.5 to 4.5) She had total thyroidectomy 6 months prior and is taking thyronorm (100). The endocrinologist wasn't too concerned about the elevated ALP levels when asked. Can someone please advice...

I am on dienogest 2 mg from jan 2020 to dec 2022 for my ovarian emdometriomas. Size of endometriomas decreased from 6.5 to 2.4 cm LO & 3.6 to 1.5 cm RO. Doctor adv. Cease the tablet for 3 months. So i stop it for 3 months and got 3 regular normal periods. In this duration cyst size is increased from 2.4 to 4 cm LO & 1.5 to 1.8 cm RO & all are normal. So doctor adv. Again restart dienogest 2 mg. Now I have been used dienogest for 4 months. Now for last 2 days i noticed that some a few blood clot is out and spot on inner wear and some small pain on the upper and lower back side. What causes it? Can i continue dienogest?

My wife has gyne issues and doctor recommended doxy 100. By mistake I purchased Doxy 1 l forte. Can she use that capsules in place of doxy 100?
