Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello Dr. I trying to conceive. My cycle length is 32-34 days but this month my first follicle ruptured on D18 and second follicle on D28 without HCG. It's my D36, took UPT on Sunday which was negative. I want to know is there still chances of conceiving as follicle ruptured so late? When to take next UPT? Should I count 14 days after my last follicle ruptured for due date? I am also facing wisdom tooth pain n using Metrohex gel 4 a times a day and dolo 650 once-twice for last four days. Is it safe using this gel as some of the gel goes in my stomach with saliva? My follicle report is attached. Thank you

Im confused about this u .s in first mark line write no RPOC but in end line write minimal RPOC. And if minimal RPOC it will be expell in some days. Its only 4th day from taking misoporostol and on first day bleeding starts and big tissues in 7,8 hours. And now no bleeding just spoting.

We went for a 12 th week scan , the bhcg levels are 20.2 IU/L , the Gestation period was 12.4 weeks, Please let me know whether it's fine

We are carrying twins and now 24 weeks completed Today we had Doppler test .fetus 1 is absolutely fine but in fetus 2  umbilical artery shows normal flow in few segments whereas few segments show absent end diastolic flow intermittently . Radiologist asked to follow up after 1 week . Can anybody let me known if this can be cover by medications . if yes which are the medicines? Also let me know the other ways to improve this

My follicle sizes were 20*20, 18*18 in one side and 18*18 on the other side on the 15th day. They gave Hcg on the same day,  today is 18th day of period the follicle size got decreased. Is that fine? Is that signify I'm ovulating? Your feedback will be helpful

I checked my hcg on 11th july it was 279 and on 12th july it was 240.will the hcg increase after 48 hours ..is it norma for hcg to decrease in 24 hours and then increase later on

Hi doctor I was in my 13th week and I went for NT scan today. Unfortunately, it's missed abortion. Gestation age is only 7 weeks. What are my options now.? This is second time happening with me. Both times, same kind of issue happened. Cardiac activity stopped around 7 weeks. My doctor suggested me below D&C procedure POCs for karyotyping Cbc PT,ApTT HIV HCV HbsAg COVID RTPCR But I have another family doctor. She said there is not much point in getting karyotyping. She suggested to use medicine to clean the embryo. Please help me.
