I used emergency contraceptive pill on the first day of my periods. My periods stopped the next day. Does that mean the pill worked?

No Any form of emergency pill has a high failure rate U can be pregnant despite One Also emergency pills are known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding delayed periods Also chances of pregnancy with intercourse on day one of periods is unlikely
