Hello doctor I have been prescribed with obstetric USG with Doppler at 34 weeks. I need to travel for that as it is done in other city. I want to know can i delay it for 2 weeks or it is necessary at 34 weeks.

21 year old girl. Otherwise healthy. Recently diagnosed with Fibromyoma in left breast, which is moderately painful. Pain radiating to the back at the same spot atleast twice in the day. What is the way forward? Can it heal with medication? Please advise.

I am on vacations and i had spotting yesterday for one time. I rushed to the nearest emergency and they told after diagnosing yhat i have a low lying placenta( a part of placenta is approaching towards cervix)x they didnt mention any thing else no cms/mms and specifications. I need to travel back home via 2 hour flight which is tomorrow. Can i go ?? Will kt be safe.? I am 21 weeks preganant. I have been having irregular cycles for last 3-4 years, everytime i visit a doctor they start the course of birth pills but even with it, there have been no change. Last year i had high prolactin level but wasn't able to consult doctor post that. Recently i have started having issues like lower abdomen pain, severe back ache, eye sight getting affected, headache with vomits and dizziness.. Should I get prolactin level checked again , for irregular periods should I get any blood work done that can help in clarity.

It's been 35 days since my last period came, I don't have any pregency symptoms, I am getting burps a lot. Can I hope to be pregnent?

After taking emergency contraceptive pills I started bleeding. The bleeding is minimal and at times just spotting, existing since 2 months. I took an ultrasound scan and thyroid tests which were normal. So the doctor concluded it's hormonal Imbalance and put me on hormonal pills for 3 months. As of now I have switched to ayurveda treatment. Should I go for some particular tests to get more details about which hormones are causing this bleeding?

Planning for IVF (egg extraction in 1st week of Sep). While rest of the blood tests that are usually carried out on 2nd day of menstruation cycle were within range (like AMH, e2, LH), P4 value was .89. Can this alone be a deterrent for Ivf or can we go head with Ivf as is?
