Earlier i took unwanted 72. There was delay in my periods so i took meprate for 7 days . B hcg is negative. But it's been a week since last dosage of meprate I'm still not getting my periods. What to do now ?

I am undergoing IUI treatment. I am on letrozole 5 mg from cd 2 - 5. This is my second medicated IUI cycle. Last cycle the follicles were growing healthy and endometrium thickened nicely and went upto 12mm on ovulation day. This cycle there are three follicles, today is my cd9 scan, the leading follicle size is 11 mm but endometrial thickness is only 4.6. Will this grow considerably before ovulation? Super stressed.

My gf had 2 days of regular flow of blood with clots enough to fill 5 pads in 2 days but on 3 day the flow reduced but it has clots. Is it implantation bleeding or periods ?
