I have got periods after 3 months and now these are from 12/8/2022 till date. They are not stopping. What should I do.

Hi, My prolactin level is 81 ng/ml. i have also done test for pcos and tsh. testosterone level is 39 and TSH is 3.4 I had an abortion 3 yrs back and is it because of that my prolactin is showing high? Is MRI needed for this level or medicine treatment would work? Please suggest.
