My wife has throat pain and fever and have been taking amoxicillin since the last two days, but no improvement. She is breastfeeding our baby aged 1 year 9 months. Is it safe to take azithromycin? If not, which other antibiotics are safe and effective?

Follicle size on day 12 is 14mm. Is it good? Or do i need to get hormonal injection. I have pcod as well.

I had undergone open myemectomy on 4th august for removal of 6 fibroids, the largest one 6cm. I got my 1st periods on 29th August. 1st day was light spotting with severe cramping. 2nd & 3 day heavy periods with cramps. At the end of 3rd day periods stopped. But again on 4th day very very heavy periods started with blood clots. I was expecting normal periods after surgery. Kindly please guide.
