Pregnancy and Infertility

On 29th august my periods started with less flow, had low spotting for 2 days ago. Lmp was on 5th Aug. I had my mymectory in December -2021 I taking thyronorm 75mg

I did beta hcg n it was less than 2 Then i took estrogen n progesterone I sometimes get cramps but nit getting periods .

After abortion of gestational age 5w it's been after 4 months of regular cycles but bleeding is light or moderate compared to normal menstrual cycles ...are they chances for RPOC?...if so RPOC can be present how many days inside the uterus?

I had got brown discharge on 23 for two days i took letrozole for two days yet i dint got blood flow its been 6 days so should I wait for periods or continue with letrozole ?

Experiencing Severe pain in lower abdominal and sides, Painful and burning urination, vomiting, nausea and fatigue from last 2 days. Also last periods was 2 months back. Doctors have performed Ultrasound, blood test, urine test, UPT test. All were negative except urine test so medication has been going on for UTI. Gynecologist have prescribed Progesterone and Meftal spas. Whereas for UTI prescribed medicines are disodium hydrogen citrate solution, niftas tablets, xykaa bd 1000mg and cranberry juice. Is it ok to take these medicines together? Also there is no improvement in the patient health. Every time she takes the medicines it comes out with vomit, and pain is increasing every hour. Please suggest any help.

It's six months post delivery still I feel very tired , back pain and weakness..what should I do to reduce it ? Also can I do yoga I had c section?

Married for 1.5yrs and actively trying baby for 1 yr Took fallopian tube test everything was normal Undergone follicular study for 5 times each time egg got ruptured but I used get periods at 28days Husband's report also normal This month no follicular study but with follicular suppliments we tried Today 30 th day iam getting mild cramps and pain on uterus frequently for past 4 days this pain is clearly different from the pain which I usually get during periods Please let me know the reason for this pain Should I wait or consult my doctor please advise
