I think you have shared a wrong report.
I don't know what iOS is but in your report there is no measurement of 1.6 mm.

It's mistyped in the report
It says internal os diameter is 1.6 mm
It should ideally be less than 8mm
Since length of cervix is adequate
U can relax
Rest
Avoid sex travelling n pelvic jerk
