Attached is the Ultrasound report for my breast tumour. Is it advisable to go for surgery right away?

Do i need to visit again after 1or 2 months to show my stitches to doctor,i went to review after 1 week of lscs ,they told to come after 1 month,is it compulsory to visit again

My wife got her 1st period after D&C on 14th day then got 2nd one after 7 days. She also got Mirena  for birth control. Pls advice what should we do?.. As periods are expected to be normal.

I did bhcg on 18th august it's value was 0.36. On 30th august i did bhcg again value is 2.1 What does this mean . Took meprate still not getting periods 7 days are over since last tablet .

Is a 1x2 mm cyst in ovary a problem? does it need treatment or will it go away on its own?? could it be just due to ovulation? i was told that it is nothing to worry about but wanted to confirm.

While performing a transabdomenal ultrasonography to check for a cyst in the ovaries, does the doctor also check the uterus??
