Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi I had a surgery to remove a scar formed at c section and doctor prescribed Lupride depot 3.75 for 6 months. It's been 3 months after last dose still there's no periods. I had a tubectomy earlier. Doctor mentioned that periods should start 3 months or before. Iam worried is it normal to have no periods for how long? Any suggestions for getting periods back.

What is does smear shows superficial and intermediate cells  mean? Is my reports normal or anything else is there?

Is it possible that ultrasound and ct scan cannot show prolapse because my reports ct scan and ultrasound appear to be normal but i feel something hanging while i urinate my uterus is okay but my bladder is not checked by gynae

Periods not come at a regular interval.  In my case it comes after minimum 40 days. But not regularly after 40 days.some times it comes after 40-55 days. In mar  periods date is 3rd March .in April it is 24 th April. after that it came in June 8 and after that in July 18.

I'm having lower abdominal pain, cramps and back ache every month after a week or 10 days of my menstrual cycle. The pain is sharp sometimes it lasts for 2 days. This has been happening since nov 2019. I have been prescribed medicines like YASMIN, but after my course is over, i have the pain again.

I have done with my NT scan GA - 12W 5D NB - 1.5mm NT - 2.2mm CRL - 63.4mm FHR - 153bpm Cervix - 4 cms Is this normal??
