How to stop periods once they have started? I have taken 2 tablets of primolut N. Periods have not stopped completely.

I wanted to delay my periods and i was prescribed norethindrone. But my periods are 3 days early and i haven't started taking the pills. Today is the first day of my periods. Will taking the pills stop my periods? Should I take the pills or not now? What happens if i take norethindrone after getting my periods?

I have been undergoing follicle study for the past two cycles, first cycle 22mm dominant follicle on scan, ovulated that night and scan on next day showed follicle ruptured but no free fluid on pod. Same happened this cycle too, had two mature follicles both ruptured but no free fluid in pod. Is it something to be concerned about? Endometrium is tri laminar and is a good size 11 last time and 9 this time.

Taking 3 tablets a day is best or 2 tablets a day is best???...which gives best results...which helps it getting periods faster ??

The length of my cycles is increasing, before a few months it was around 25-28 days, and it was like this since last 5 years. But now I sometimes don't have any menstruation for a months and the cycle sometimes stretches for more than 40 days. I haven't checked, but I feel like I have gained some weight.
