Following is wording of Pap smear. Kindly give idea of same.
Smears show superficial and intermediate squamous cells with admixed parabasal cells and mild inflammatory infiltrate in the background composed of neutrophils and few lymphocytes. Transformation zone cells are present. Fungal organisms / parasites are not seen. There is no evidence of intraepithelial lesion or malignancy.
