I have been doing follicular study this cycle and my follicles were at 15 mm and 13 mm yesterday, had ovulation cramps today morning and went in for scan, both have ruptured. Are these follicles too small to have a viable egg. Is there still a chance to conceive this cycle?

Hi Dr I had my last period on july 25th and missed my period this month. I tested at home 2 times after i missed my period and found very light faint line. Not sure if its positive or negative evaropartion line. I had pcos in starting of the year and my doctor prescribed medicines for it . After that my periods were regular. Should i wait for few more days and then take tablet to get period or can take now medicine to get my periods back? Pls suggest me here
