If we want to go on a planned pills then are there any that are safe to take for example monthly at certain duration, before or after periods? Can you please highlight on what will be safe?

Now im in my periods. Its 4th day today Usually every month it bleeds normal till 3rd day and reduces on 4th and stops on 5th for me. But now, it reduced completely on 3rd day itself On 3rd day It bleeded like 5th day i mean very less. It never happened like this before. Any problem ??

I am 24yrs old and unmarried. I getting brown discharge after 7-10days after my periods in last 2 months. I got my periods on August 15th then had brown discharge from September 24th which lasted for 5 days. Then I got my periods on 25th October. Now again from 7th November I have slight brown discharge. There is no cramps but  I am having severe back pain during these brown discharge days. Brown Discharge last month was more and smelly.  This time it is very less, not smelly; however I have back pain. I've not taken any medications in these 2months. I am physically active(doing 1-1.5hrs workout at gym). There is no change in my routine. What could be the reason for this and should I be concerned?

I have severe teeth pain , Dr recommended to have antibiotics for three days before treatment. But now I am trying to conceive so I doubt, is it safe to have antibiotics and go through x-rays this time or not. Any antibiotics that is safe this time
