My follicle size is 13cm on day 13 of cycle, will i ovulate or no ovulation in this cycle?

No heartbeat
At 7 weeks scan my fetus has 7.2 CRL and 117 bpm but at precautionary 9 week scan I had 11.3 mm crl and no cardiac activity.
Any chance that it might reappear, should I wait for a week before I get DnC??

Positive upt after 5 week of chemical pg
I had what i believe was chemical 5 weeks ago my test came back negative and i did test again after 2 week and beta hcg was negative. I missed my periods by one week and my test came out positive in morning and after 2 hours again tested with 2 tests and it came negative. Is this chronic ectopic or incomplete misscarriage?
