I had what i believe was chemical 5 weeks ago my test came back negative and i did test again after 2 week and beta hcg was negative. I missed my periods by one week and my test came out positive in morning and after 2 hours again tested with 2 tests and it came negative. Is this chronic ectopic or incomplete misscarriage?

I am in stressful situation and when I measure my b.p it is showing from 130 to 140 and above 90 to 99.please help.whether medicine required.how to reduce anxiety.
