After novelon 21 days i have to wait for 7 days my question is if I get my period on 5th day so when I have to start my new pack of novelon--- 2 days after my period or 7 day of my period?

Hi, My wife got abdominal pain and we did scanning. Scan reports says 'Thin walled tubular shaped echoic structure with internal complete septations is seen in t adeneval region with maximum diameter of 6.3 mm'. Impression: Right sided hydrosalpinx. With this my wife can not get conceive normally?? Antibiotics can resolve this issue?? .

My prolactin level is 30 and the doctor has diagnosed the same as B/L PCOD.Is this rit??...is the prolactin level normal??

Suggest some medicine so that the wound dries up soon. Took cefixime but did not dry. Let me know if you have any other solutions.

Hi, I am experiencing lower abdominal cramps (sometimes on left sometimes on right) and slight lower back pain. I did iui on 18th Feb. Is it implantation phase ? I am suffering from dry cough so i can feel pain during coughing and while performing daily activitieslike walking , getting up etc. Pain is not severe but i can feel it.

My wife is having stomach pain for 2 days. She also had vomiting and loose motion. She is a breastfeeding mother if 1 year child. Doctor prescribed ornof tab, raciper 40, ondem (sos), darolac capsules and aecelo spas. Are these medicines safe during breastfeeding ? Please suggest

I have taken abortion medicines and a RPOC left after the ultrasound size 11*4.4 mm,  doctor asked to wait for the next menses. Now I had 3 normal menses cycle completed which was very normal..its 4th month going on and even now I don't have any problem. So Can I assume that whatever left in ultrasound would get cleared? Can we start for conceiving again now?. Thanks

The smear show mixed population of intermediate squamous cell, occasional parabasal cell and metaplastic cell in the background of scanty inflammatory infiltrate composed predominantly of polymorphs. Epithelial cell abnormalities : Absent Endometrial Cells :  Absent Interpretation/ Result : Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy What does "scanty inflammatory Infiltrate of polymorphs mean? And what is this metaplastic and parabasal cell? Is there any infection or problem? . Also I was spotting a bit when the pap smear was taken.

I had laparoscopic myomectomy on 17th Jan 2023 for fibriods sizing 6cm . Had little spotting for 3 days after surgery. I want to know when will I get periods . I am on medication mifiact 10mg for 2 months . Do I need to worry. When will I get my periods?

I have done upt post 9 days of iui ,but it's negative , however I feel fullness of lower abdomen with intermittent cramps .Is this cycle a failure ? What could be the reasons of the symptoms ,also I feel fatigued ?
