Painful period and fibroids
Hello, i recently had my period, it was extremely painful, my last two consecutive periods were extremely light, only brown spotting was there with no cramps, though the timing was accurate. I recently had a scan and the doctor told me that there are fundal uterine fibroids present in the uterus. Can you please help me what medications shall I follow. I have attached the reports with the query.

Going by your ultrasound scan report, it is most unlikely that this fibroid can be a cause of your symptoms.  Please take symptomatic treatment for your pain. Surgery may lead to some problems too.
