You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination regarding vaginal infection and damage to the lining of the vaginal wall. Also get your Blood CBC,  FSH level, Serum calcium, Vit D 3 and B12 and Urine routine examination. You can start with Calcium and Vitamins supplements. Specific treatment will depend on blood report.
