I have been detected with urine infection and serum creatinine is 1.2 and eGFR is 80.66. As part of general checkup went for these tests 3 months back and then they were 1.0 and 119 respectively. Do these values change with infection and will they become normal once urine infection resolves

Is nukast 4 syrup 5ml per day is safe for my son (16 kg) who is currently suffering from ent problem with fulguration of Posterior Urethral Valve(PUV) history?

My brother kidney transplant was done 7 yes ago and now he is facing problem related to kidney and he needs dialysis once a week . We are thinking for kidneytransplant again is it safe or advice me other suggestions so his condition will improve or he does not need dialysis
