Hi doc, I did lft kft crp test yesterday,having ankle swelling since 4-5 months and since 2-3 days my urine output has been reduced, like I hardly go washroom for 4-5 times,i feel like my urinary bladder is empty always,What is happening doc plz advice I m scared, is this any kidney related issues? Creatinine was 1.6 till first week of feb, latter after covid treatment level was maintained to 1.3...and now again in first week of September got 1.82 and on 27 sep got 2.2...how to manage and which nephro to seek...i don't have access to nephro in my city

My father was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis in 2016 and is diabetic for past 20 years. He had covid in March end in 2021. Two days ago I had a random abdomen ultrasound and Radiologist said I have 13x15 mm cyst in parenchymal region of right kidney with fine internal echoes and slightly irregular wall. Hello doctor, I've been following low carb diet, I lost 10killos till now my recent blood test shows creatine level is 1.02, I'm currently taking protien suppliments, eegs, chicken breast to meet My protien requirements. I take salad and roti daily basis water 5liters a day. My weight was earlier 90kgs now it's 79.7. I've been following from June. I also got hypothyroidism. Please advice.

I have been detected with urine infection and serum creatinine is 1.2 and eGFR is 80.66. As part of general checkup went for these tests 3 months back and then they were 1.0 and 119 respectively. Do these values change with infection and will they become normal once urine infection resolves
