Hi Doc, A week ago I did a regular renal function test and had creatinine 1.4 ( lab ref 0.5-1.5). Although it's in normal range of lab but just to make sure everything is alright(since i have a high protein diet and do high intensity workout), i consulted a nephrologist. He told me to do urine routine and USG kub. Both the results were normal. My concern is that can ultrasound miss out on detecting CKD diagnosis?

I have stage 5 ckd ...iam just 24 years old with no urinary tract infection...doctor said transplant is only solution ...but i wanna know is there any other method other than transplant ...even if there is any in ayurveda or siddha please do let me know what to do ...

Will 10g of protein powder worsen kidney damage? I 'm taking medicine for mental illness for a long time. It causes kidney damage. Will taking 10g of protein daily will worse this?

Urine comes foamy n bubbly, and urine protein is high ,bp is also high , there is a lot of weakness as well.

Because of Low BP dialysis could not be started... But it is improving... Is the recovery that slow or the issue is really critical?

Does that need dialysis? What if one is suffering either from kidney creatinine or pancreatitis.? How big a problem is this? Is dialysis the only solution?

Hi doc Please refer attached report, is my cretanine normal? I have read on internet that 1.2 is the maximum normal limit. My lab has upto 1.5 as maximum normal. My current value is 1.4. what should be next procedure?

My father is on dialysis from past 17months. Last month he got herpes on his back from that FEVER started still he having a chill and fever and haemoglobin declining. All test CBC,KFT,BLOOD CULTURE,URINE CULTURE ALL ARE FINE EVEN MALARIA. Doctor can't find what exactly the issue when patient getting chill and then fever arising And once we give crocin 650 he sweat and temp come down to 99 And he also have lot of acidity and burps Because of that he getting chest pain and sometime getting problem to breath. Ct scan for chest is also fine Stool negative Not getting any solution please reply
