Sir This is Priya from Patna and I am 30 years  old. There was a problem of urine protein leakage due to which I have done biopsy. please see my report tell me what is the problem

One year back two stone 6 mm and 3.5 mm was observed in my left kidney. Secondly I also observe rbc in my urine report which comes 8/10 to 30/40 time to time. Taking medicine for last 4 months . Some improvement noted. Two days back ultrasound done report attached but rbc in urine still there. Kindly guide me what should I do .

Is there any medicine found to make kidney's stronger or heal If GFR decreased In early stages.,.,.,..

Doc has prescribed Repomia 60k injection to my father, where and how it is to be injected? as in veins or muscle?

Kidney problem has any other solution Apart from dialysis and kidney transplant costly or anyway Is there any other found yet?

. In the month of June I had throbbing pain at right side of my lower abdomen and i went through an ultrasound check for my whole abdomen,the result was all good.Now i am having frequent urge to urine,although the amount of urine output is not being adequate as compared to earlier. I am also having upper right side back pain. Please suggest me home remedies.

My father age 67 has gfr 72 cretnine 1.15 should I be worry with the above result or its normal please suggest

Pls advise regarding the following USG report : Suspicious hyperechoic lesion along the medial margin of left kidney. Kidneys: Right kidney measures 96 X 38 mm. Left kidney measures 93.1 X 43.5 mm. Cortical echogenicity appears normal. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained on both sides.An apparently hyperechoic fat containing suspicious lesion is noted adjacent to upper part of the medial cortex of left kidney, measuring approx. 3.1 x 3.1 cm. No obvious internal vascularity is seen. No focal lesion is seen in right side. Pelvicalyceal system is mildly split on right side in pre void stages. After voiding it becomes normal. Left pelvicalyceal system appears normal. No calculus seen on either side. Bilateral ureters are not dilated.

My urine test reports show following results is this normal or not as my blood creatine is 1.22 Is further investigation will required

From 3 days pain in right kidney area below ribs stretching downwards till above hip area. Earlier also I had such mild pain but went away on its own. Fever and slight chills from 3 +weeks, just sleeping and extreme weakness. Intermittent headache, swelling in legs, rash & swelling on hands from wrist to elbow started on right wrist and spread to left in 4 days. Eyes are swollen from inside and outside. Urine is very less quantity and frequency as compared to before & even darker. Constipation instead of generally frequent loose stools. Dehydration & dry skin. Blood test showed -ve for malaria, dengue fever. ESR is 30, sgot/sgpt imbalance suggestive of liver cirrhosis, Aneamia and dvt. But I feel it is related to kidney stones or infection. Please please suggest me antibiotics dosage for kidney infection. After that I'll consult nephrologist / gastroenterologist if required.
