I have been urinating a lot since 26th Sept last month.once i come back from washroom still will always 24*7 urge to urinate.If i go to washroom urine comes out.Few days i was not able to sleep the entire night.There is no pain or burning.Local doctors thought it's UTI so following tests were done Urine culture and routine-nothing found Blood CBC-nothing found Diabetes Fasting-normal Dengue-negative Malaria-negative USG whole abdomen- have polycystic ovaries and fibroids in the uterus.this was there already since 1 year But Antidiuretic hormone report has problem-value is 189 pg/ml Local doctor has suggested brain MRI I am still taking uripass one tablet thrice a day.Duonem CV one tablet twice a day. I have done 24 hr volume test for urine leaving the morning one.So observed that i am urinating close to 2.5 litres with intake of 2100 ml water. At night i urinated close to 500 ml at one go. Please suggest.

I want to know diet in a mild enlarge prostate and a tiny stone 4.1 mm. The doctor prescribed me silotrif 4. For stone he advised that no need for medicine takes water and it will be clear . I am not diabetic but taking medicine for high BP repace 25. Can I have a Cup of coffee in a day? Can I drink once or twice a month?

I have low urine and pvr is 55-60 kft was normal except egfr 88 Taken lot of antibiotics earlier due to uti if kft is normal means all normal yet or partial damage to kidney may be their but only when major damage will happen kft will be abnormal How to reverse damage cause by more antibiotics?

Hi, I am heart patient and stent done 6 years back. I have done the full body checkup and some abnormalities found in kidney function test and liver test.My BUN is 8 and urea is 17.12 and Bun/ Creatinine is 10:1. My bilirubin total is 1.7 Please suggest do i need to worry and consult doctor. I have attached the completed report

And under some medication And doctor advised genetic test and the result of gene test in POSITIVE in one report And because of genes positive doctor advised to stop steroids for now And advised Electronic Microscope test We got report just 3 days back and we are unable to understand the report One is saying positive and other report is saying some different Kindly look into my report doctor please And suggest what to do
