I have been trying for a second child since 2 years but is unsuccessful. I am on antidepressants (venalafixine 75 mg),alprazolam(0.25 mg) currently. My prolaclin and tsh levels are bit high. Does antidepressants causing a problem to conceive naturally?

I suffer previously from piles..now my brain shrinking.and dark circle under eyes....and social phobia...and feel unworthy..please consult me..

I am a bit confused about this that whether am suffering from this problem or not. i need to consult for that. Do you give treatment for this

I feel sad, weird pain, heaviness everyday and every minute . I feel like to cry attimes for no reason . I feel worthless, and feel like life should end .

Hi Doctor, I would really appreciate your help in my problem that I’m facing for more than a year now. I am into continues full night shift duty (7PM to 5AM) which I will have to continue due to financial status. However I am unable to sleep at all. I am an over-thinking person and unlike others I also have many problems in life. I have overcome some, I have failed in some; no issues with that. I only have 1 addiction (no smoking, drinking etc.) & it’s Music. So my habit is before going to sleep I listen to songs for an hour in headphones. Oh, I also wash my face before going to sleep. I have been doing this since last 7 years now! (Also wanted know whether washing face before going to sleep removes/reduces your sleep? But as I am working on computer for more than 10 hours a day & smartphones & laptop’s on weekend my eyes feel relax after that) However when I was general/day shift duty earlier I always had a good sleep after doing these as well. Even in weekends when I am awfully tire

My 23 yrs brother got expired on Dec 16, 2016, Since from then my mom is totally disturbed to doesnt get sleep at night, suddenly start crying, she tries to be alone complete day. Need suggestion what need to be done,

I feel hopeless Eats less, do not feel hungry sleeps a lot had a bad break up in nov16 not able to concentrate on my CA-Final Exams to be held in may17 Have searched for suicides want to be alone dont feel like talking to those close to me feels irritated sometimes I act Normally and thinks positively and feel motivated cry a lot in night. (Please Help!!!) PS- privacy and confidentiality please maintain. otherwise i wont be able to trust anyone.

I have gone through a breakup. I have no motivation to get out of bed of do the things I love anymore. Also I tend to eat more when I feel sad. Sometimes I am not able to sleep. It's harder to concentrate on things.

I am very deperessed, having multiple issues to deal with, i want to end my life for my selves but at the same time want to live for family
