Feeling cold feet
In morning when I get up I feel my feet very cold, sometime head is also spinning. Sweating t the hands, at other body part I feel ok , but only in feet I feel cold

Is it also accompanied by restlessness, increased heart rate, too many thoughts coming in mind, mood changes, nervousness or excessive fear?
