Heavy head
I used to smoke but then I quit and didn't smoke for a year then I started again continued for 3-4 months and then I have stopped again 12-15 days before I used to eat pan masala too ( without tabacoo ) Stopped it 8 days before I was suffering from anxiety 2 years back and now I again feel a little anxious randomly anytime without any specific reason. I feel as if everything around me will go wrong and somethinf really teribble is going to happen to me. Due to this I got my whole body check up too and everything came out to be fine, liver, kidney , cholesterol, CBC only my iron was 180 while the range should be around 160. My head feels heavy all the time. I dont know what is wrong with me and this feeling is making me feel even more anxious. Please help.
