To much of tourcher 4 m boyfriend, no reason simply he vil get angry on me. Simple things he vil react like a big issue. Don't nw wat to do.

My father has grown quiet from past few days, not talking much to anyone. Thinking pessimistically, taking lot of tension regarding sustenance of his business. He has not slept properly for a fortnight now, not crying, not scolding us over anything no matter what blunder we make. Constant headache. He is in state of depression(anxiety)

My son has been suffering from Hidradenitis Suppurativa for over 10 years. We have been told that it's very bad. He was in a course of Exemptia injections . Even though it seems to have subsided, he seems to be depressed and has mood swings. He is almost suicidal. He cuts himself with a blade frequently. Not just 1 cut... but several. He says the voices tell him to. There are times that he shouts to someone to shut up but there's no one. When I asked he said the voices won't shut up. He says they tell him hang himself or cut himself. I need help. I have a psychiatrist friend in South Africa who has spoken to him and started him on Nexito 20mg and Clonazeppam 0.5mg. He's been in this for about 3 weeks. The cutting has worsened since being on these tablets. Something which the doctor told us to watch out for. Please help me before he dies something irreversible.

I met someone had a great time 8 months together and all of sudden we don't talk my friend ignores my texts if needed ask for help that's all. We were more than friends and now we are just strangers. I feel like being anti social, I want to sit in a dark room at a corner. In office I laugh I work I try to keep myself busy but control myself not to cry. I'm lost and I don't want to get attached to anyone. It's difficult when I'm alone to control my thoughts. I overthink a lot and now it's really difficult.

In morning when I get up I feel my feet very cold, sometime head is also spinning. Sweating t the hands, at other body part I feel ok , but only in feet I feel cold

My mother passed away a year ago, ever since then i feel like there is something mentally wrong with me. i am not sure whether i require mental help
