Severe anxiety and depression
I have been suffering from severe sensorimotor anxiety, depression, panic attacks, from the past 18 months, I tend to focus on breathing and swallowing, thinking that I am breathing shallow and not deep enough and tend to take deep breaths, and continously get intrusive thoughts that I m not breathing in a proper rhythm, this increases my breathing anxiety up to the roof,plz help me get rid of this Anxiety, it has driven me nuts

The good news is,  with your regular breathing pattern,  you are able to achieve many things go in your routine life,  and yet you just unhappy  about  it, due to various reasons. Probably,  you would have either heard or told by someone,  that what you Practice is not sufficient.
Next Steps
To change get this belief,  I would suggest you to consult a psychologist and understand from where it started,  And how to handle it.
