Respected doctor. I feel tired and sleepy throughout the day and cause is also known that is antidepressants iam taking. Recently I heard that modafinil tablets can be useful in such cases. I don't have any other condition or problem. Plz advice .

Sir from last 2 weeks iam suffering from tensions as for my competative exams are coming. Due to this iam felling mentally stressed and feel uncomfortable , un healthy and sleepy and weak. Suffering from this now i also cant think properly and work for it

Sometimes I stammered in front of people especially when someone ask my name and i don't know why this is happening to me...i consult with a speech therapist but she's say that I'm okay and I'm suffering from anxiety disorder and asked me to consult with a psychologist....and I only stammered when I'm not familiar with someone or some stranger.....and with my family and friends I'm okay....please suggest me how can I improve my self.....and I also feel depression sometimes

I was working in night shift for about 4 years. I left the job 4 months back. Still I'm struggling to sleep at night. Sometimes I get sleep after sunrise. I tried to get up in the morning but I feel it's too difficult. Please suggest me something how to get rid of insomnia.

Dear Sir /Madam I have undertretment for phycretist 2 years first I take patroxta+12.5mg for 13 to 14 months I am OK next now panzap and today Dr. Right Zaptra 12.5 For 2 months along with Etazol 0.25gm and I allso take for BP tablets tellmekined40gm at day time and before bed take Amlodac 5mg please tell me this all tablet harmful my health I am very scared so can I continue all this help me

I have been taking Bupron since the past 2 weeks as prescribed by you. This week I have had some strong anxiety attacks. While there are external factors which might have triggered this I am apprehensive about Bupron. Previously I had taken Nexito and DVeniz. Should I discontinue Bupron ?

Hi i m 20yrs n i my Boyfriend is 23 he has been sent to rehabilitation center in pune from past 3 months..since 3 month's i haven't talked with him.. I m scared to loose him.. I feel he will forget me n will breakup( we are dating since 7yrs)..i dnt knw what to do i cnt concentrate on anything n get anxiety attacks abt loosing Him.. He is sent there for Anger Management. I dnt knw when will he get discharged..his treatment period was minimum 3 months,I dnt knw what to do pls help..

Pain in back side of brain and blood Colt became there and in plain ct scan report there are minute areas of low attenuations in both parietal lobes showing minimal mass effect. Rest of the brain parenchyma is normal in attentuation values and anatomy. The basal ganglia and thalami are normal.
