OCD is chain of obsessions and compulsions. Also there will be very offtrack safety behaviours that people follow. If you have already seen a psychiatrist taking meds may reduce thoughts. Proper therapy focusing on your secondary inferences is needed. See a psychologist trained in both managing secondary appraisals and exposure.
Next Steps
See a psychologist online/ offline. Medical intervention might be needed for small time.
Health Tips
Negative thoughts are natural everyone gets them. The interpretation of the thoughts is what is causing you more distress than the thoughts. Thinking that I must not get these thought. Tell the psychologist to help you with this thoughts first rather than starting with the OCD related thoughts.

From your description it can be features of OCD but it may accompany some other things so we need to take a detailed history to diagnose you. Moreover pls stop reading random stuff on internet as internet does not help in diagnosis and it will increase your anxiety levels. Consult a Psychiatrist and Psychologist combination of both will definitely work for you and you will definitely feel better.
