All day i feel m gonna die soon n all of the sudden i feel Breathless plz help me n plz tell me that anxiety cause death

I don't feel happy. I am sad all the time. I m all filled with negative thoughts. My body aches all the time. I feel dull, helpless, not confident. I am depressed with life. And nothing goes well. All my desires have been curbed.

I am low am feeling depress most of my time am not able to feature out things am not attentive to people I am not able to manage myself its not that am getting crazy but its like am not able to understand myself as i was before happy type am just the same i think i am loosing myself..

My friend works in an automobile company and  feels depressed and lacks motivation to perform any activity pertaining to job. How to help him come out of this?

My daughter is 17+ now from last 2 & have years she was suffering from stomach pain , vomating , she would only eat liquid , we even consulted Gastrology , gynecologist , physician , but nothing came out , everyone said she wis suffering from gas problem , even in ultrasound , blood test , TB test , xray nothing was clear , one of the doctor stopped us to give her milk , then also she was OK for some time , she Cry's a lot but tear don't come , she was failed in 9 Th class & had to repeat it , aftet that she passed ,now she is not in school & there was many absents in her school , do we have to remove her from school , there r no friends of her as where we live there are no children of her age , but she has one sister one brother younger than her ,she plays with them . we gave her medicine for Gastrology , syrup like live ,52 doctor family recommended us to give her sterbid 2 . but few days she is fine otherwise she is again in pain as she says so please lete know the medicine for her

My father is suffering from Dysphagia(swallowing difficulty+ vocal palsy) for 3 months. He can take only smooth liquid food, nothing else. He lost weight (55 to 45 kg now) and is weak. ENT & Gastro specialists ruled out any issues from esophagus and digestive track/GERD & physicians recommended to get advice from Neurologists. His age is 85. Any suggestions is really helpful

The patient can't sleep at night or day...totally confused that its depression or mentally problem..alwaz headache.. Plz explain sir..what we will do in this condition..

My father expired when I was 5. My house wife Mom &a elder sister got alone. From childhood I use to hear the blame that it was because of my unlucky/bad horoscope my father expired Continued torture Mother has constant fights, shouts with her family . Sometimes for money, sometimes just interfering to other lives. And all the people both relatives & neighbors complaint to me about her character, shouts I have a problem like I can't remember anything for long I just remember some of the most unpleasant moments of life No good memories as such I grew up seeing failing/ bad married relationships. Of my mothers siblings My father's relatives seldom talk with us So I agree I had a fear whether I will also get a bad husband. But I swear I also dreamt of a actual life partner, friend, father and loving husband But I married a wrong person. I could have stopped it before marriage. But this family status stuff. I married then divorced Now I fear if I wil fail again

I am taking feliz s 5 mg daily in the morning....and eliwel 10 at night...previously i was suffering from paraxotine discontinution syndrome..so dctr advised me to take substitute as feliz s 5mg..now i cant stop the medicine...coz of some problems..doctr is also tryng to stop d medicine by decreasing doses bt still i cant stop it...and I m having severe side effects as i cant remember anything...thinking impairement..and sometimes spiraling of head( matha ghumna)...please help me...I m suffering alot...evn my doctor dont knw what to do...its 2 am nw..m writing this...i am helpless..I m now in hostel...my hand and feets r getting numb..plz advice me..

My mother continuously reapeat the same word thorough out the days and quarrels with all family members.she is 55 year old. kindly suggest what to do
