Patient was under treatment for his mental illness but from past 1year medication is not working and patient is very unstable and furious most of the time, cannot take to doctor for further consultations as patients is not willing to do so. Looking for a doctor to visit patient's place for check-up.

I can't sleep I hv problem in my relationship n I used to cry for long hours. Due to which I get headache n problem in breathing.

I have been taking nexito 10 and lonazep .25 from past 20 days,which I am feeling are not very effective. I have used clobazam and nexito and Lorenza earlier which were kind of effective but I had to stop them coz I flew out of country coz of emergency and dint have medicines then. I get panic attacks often for no reason, I feel depressed and not able to cry, feel lost and rejected in every aspect of life. I feel insomniac,hardly sleep 3-4 hours in early morning.losing it all,need help

Hi Doctor, I have right earache and pressure on my entire face as if blood will gush out of my face any moment, heated face, hands, feet, as if I have fever but fever is not there. Light swelling on my face too especially cheek bones area. Along with right side earache right side headache is also there in fact mild headache is also there but right side more.. Overall pressure, heated palms, feet, swelling of face, headache and earache. There is also a history to this. I had a fight with my brother where I screamed with anger 6-7 times and the anger fit lasted for almost 1 hr..

I have been having head ache and vomitting sensation for past 4 days and also feel confused and get dizzy at times not feeling to eat anything and mouth feels soury and feel to eat chocolates

Patient is 10yrs old,he sufferd from meningitis before 2 yrs,diagnosed for enteric encephatopathy,febrile seizures.MRI is normal From then now he took medicines. Patient is under hyperactivity,doing naughty activity. Medicines - Tab encorate chrono 200-300mg,Tab risdone 0.5mg,Tab famocid 20mg.

I am a Bank Employee, working from 3 years. I am having very tight sleep at night, But that is creating problem for my family. I am not in sense for waking up, if they need a help from me at night. I am feeling like if serious problem comes to my family I may not respond to that while sleeping. If they are disturbing me also I am not waking up but talking some rubbish and sleeping again. But I am not able to recall all those things what I have done at night. Deep sleep is very happy, But is this a sleeping disorder too..?? Any solution for this.?

I am a 32 year old female...have difficulty making any decisions...always confused..mind is often blurred... I get panicky and anxious in day to day normal routine...have trembling hands...rapid heart beats.. Can't speak up for myself...I feel scared and always wrong...I try to avoid many things that need me to get out of my comfort zone...I have difficulty with relationships..family and friends...I am always thinking what if's and can't move forward in my life ..I am fed up of such behaviour..dont have a normal social and personal life...

I have schizophrenia and when i think to reply i come up with words that are totally unrelated to the topic. I have also no social inclination. I guess my self esteem is also very low. I dont at all feel emotional bonding with anyone.
