Hello. I just have a question I have been wondering and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere online. I was on lexapro for anxiety for a year and I went off of it about 7 months ago. My anxiety has been really bad for about 7 years now. But obviously it has been worse than ever, since quitting the anti anxiety medication due to not using coping skills for a year. I feel like I am starting fresh with severe social anxiety. No coping skills whatsoever. I was just wondering since the life of lexapro is about 6 days.. if I can possibly take the lexapro every 6 days while I'm working on defeating anxiety instead of taking it every day. Just enough to lower my heart rate and not get addicted to it. The withdrawals were completely insane when I weened myself off and I don't want to go through that again when I want to start a family and have to stop taking it. Thank you

Life problems, family friends, work, academics, relationship. My whole life is a stress. I need some serious counseling. A person who can understand my feelings well and tell me what I am going through. I am really a very confused person

I am suferring from anxiety feeling afraid that i going get Heart Attack. my BP and Hear beat will be raised when doctor try check my BP and ECG. My BP raised to 170/90 and Heart Beat around 140. My family having Heart Attack History thats why that fear has been needed in my mind. I have this problem since last 4 yrs. I undergone treatment for this by Psycriatost through pills. stable for some time but again this problem occured.

Took 30 pills of Daxid 50, 10 of D Veniz 50 and 7 of Rivotril last night. I feel fine, but im shaking a lot which may be from lack of sleep. Should i see a doctor?

I m suffering insomnia so I take clonotril 0.5. MG. Last two or three days i have chaste pain and irregular heart beat.

I have two problems 1). Social anxiety 2). Unable to manage stress at office getting lot of fear, angry , nervousness, tension, worry ,nervousness, inferiority complex even if i am not having mistake from side.I cannot present/express my work even I have hard work in office .

Hey, today my chest felt uncomfortable and when I got home and started to relax and chill my chest on my left side started to hurt really bad and I started to panic a little, I felt like I was having a heart attack, I am being tested for having anxiety maybe it could of been an anxiety attack or something and I have a soccer game tomorrow and wondering if I should play, advice would be much appreciated, thanks

I feel depressed...i panic easily..i have trust issues..i don't want to loose people but I loose them anyway..i don't want to live...i feel if i could sleep for a long long time thing will get easy..i want peace..at times i go blank..i don't know what to do or say or think..am i going crazy?
