the choice of medications are Chlorpromazine which is the drug of choice. Haloperidol and metoclopramide are other medications. other than medications you can try drinking water and box breathing which is take a deep breath....hold......breath out......hold ....repeat the process 10 times.

Hello,       Thanks for the query.This could be a manifestation of anxiety disorder ,panic symptom if other respiratory or ENT causes are ruled out .Alterations in the thinking and behavioral patterns are helpful.
Next Steps
meeting up a respiratory physician and ruling out any physical cause.If none Next step is to fix up an appointment with psychiatrist and follow up with the psycho therapy
