Hi I am suffering with some mental disorder problems feeling very tense and fear in heart because of heavy work and pressure from work side. please suggest me what to do

I have been going through a very dull phase of my life. i cant sleep at night and my whole day goes lying on bed. i hardly speak to anyone now. i am in love with a person and suddenly he broke up with me. i cant cop up with this break up. i have tried talking to him and nothing seems so helpful to me. everyday i feel like killing myself. i feel like talking to him but i cant. he gets so frustrated. his parents have made us apart. i dont know what to do,i seriously dont know. i cant smile neither can speak to anyone.everyone at home cant understand my condition.please help me and get me out of this misery,

I am a 22 year old girl.i have been suffering from fibroadenomas in my left breast.i have been taking danazol which contains steroids.i am deteoriating day by day day both mentally and physically.i am in a constant state of sadness,worthlessness, and anxiety a lot.also,there is a drastoc loss in apetite so i eat very less.i have also become socially isolated person as i have started avoiding even my friends.so i want to ask that if danazol capsules can cause depression?i have been taking danazol capsules 50 mg 3 times a day.also i have others side effects as well.

Am fear when i go for interview in company so many times am went to company and returned outside of company because am using signolol 10mg but not working can any one suggest any medicine for this problem

How to avoid stress.any tips. I had heart attack last year. In which stress was major factor.i walk a 30 minutes a day. Do i need any medication. Confused a bit. I cant go to doctor for this. Its embarrassing. I live in small town. Any suggestions will be welcomed
