Sir I am suffering from severe anxiety I used to feel that I will die I cannot be rescued to the hospital I may a develop a heart attack I may develop paralysis I am 23 year old I am suffering from this since 2 months now I am consulting a Neurologist and he prescribed me nexito 10 so since 40 days I am taking the medication so how to get rid of this stuff I am doing Chartered Accountancy course so there is a little stress I also had Heart palpitation my heartbeat was 130 BPM when I went to general physician he told I had blood pressure but later on it was discovered that I was suffering from anxiety please help I do not have any heriditary heart problem please help

Have lot of issues going on right now. Failed in my college. Sitting at home for a year...everyday scolding from parents.. I am very aggressive all the times..also very depressed.. Sometimes suicidal thoughts do arrive

It has been 2 year hence I have been graduated, Still don't have a job. I'm trying to concentrate on my study but Can't. Many of colleague have job but I trying to focus on me but 6 months hence I'm severely loss of Confidence.. What should I do?

I got hurted by many peoples and from my daily too.... They all are good for me but I just want my friends only I don't want live according to family's dreams I want to fulfill my own dreams. Gets hyper and depressed。can go to any extent when in anger。abuse a lot when get angry。my girlfriend ditched me IM not able to forget her，I dont get proper sleep

I am taking medicines for concentration problem. nw i think i have this problem for childhood or can it be jenetic?....i am feeling good right now but i think my father and brothers also have this problem. am i right?...what is the solution of this problem if i had from childhood. should i go for prectice or medicenies will be enough..? plz tell

I dot understand what can I do my treatment. I am so confused my mental health.  Same People says u are not Gud. I have lose my confidence. My body not was not God werk long time. Kon se doctor ko, kha dikhau me   . Me logo se hate krti hu. Sounds se heat                 krti hu. I felt so lonly

My problem is I can't live alone. I have urges of going back to home when I am in college or away from home. I was awake for nights when I tried to live in a hostel but next day I had to travel back to my home... kindly help!!
