Can't sleep well Insomnia
Hello! I am 19 years old. Sir actually i am not sleeping well from last 1 month..i sleep only 3 to 4 hours a day.. I tried many things for sleep but i am failed in it... I am scared if it is a disorder... Please give me some suggestions..

Hi , don't worry for simple things. Make ur sleep wake cycle fixed . For example 11pm - 7am . Go to bed at same time n get up same time even if u get late sleep or wake early.body will get adapted n sleep will be natural. 30mts physical activity in morning first priority for the day. No daytime naps. Mobiles Whtsapp Facebook etc off after 10pm . Follow consistently n u Wil see result. Tc. Thanks
