My brother behaving differently.He is away from our family n friends,not even going to work.He thinks all are constantly observing him cheating n trying to do harm.if we call him, his answers were very rude and unrelated I think this is schizophrenia, is that right. How to take him to hospital. He don't even know it is his health problem.

Simply crying for unnecessary things.tensed in social gathering. Crying for going to school.not minkling with other kids. Not taking initiatives

Hi, I am a 30 year old research scholar. Suffering from continues headache, anxiety and lack of interest since 4 year ago. Taking Daxid 50 mg in morning and 150mg after dinner since last 6 months I gained 10 kg in last 4 months. Although headache is no more but low mood and lack of interest is still there. Please suggest me future course of action.

Hello Doctor, My problem is of too much sleeping and mentally stress. When I wake up in the morning I am not feeling fresh and enthusiastic. after walking up I felt to sleep again, and whole the day I am felling lazy. Second issue is I got mentally stress and can't concentrate on my work. Sometimes I forgot the things and work.

Child age 10 years not able to speak properly since beginning,but started abnormal behavior like shouting and talking to himself,diagnosed for calcified coating in brain and treatment is on but he starts behaviouing like mad,not following any instruction but can eat by himself and having proper toilet habbits,suggest what to do

I was a very brilliant student. Always got above 90% kinda guy until 12th. After I joined medicine(mbbs) but I couldn't score marks like before. So just started focusing on passing the exams but it took me 2 attempts to pass 1st year Then in 2nd year it's of 1.5 year started just focusing on passing the exams I couldn't even pass the internals.

Mostly I have jumbled thoughts and planning regarding the probable sources of income. I am fond of entering into some glamorous and lavish business and not into some monotonous and mechanical. I have spent about 19 years in the family business but did not gain much prosperity out of it and simply made  income to meet the necessary finances and expenses. The parents and family members are insisting on disposing the fixed assets to arrange for necessary current expenses of home running and education. Something like lack of interest in such endeavors stops me to think and plan regarding this and always I look into some other sources of running substantial income. Family members call it waste of time and push up continuously for agreeing to their suggestions urgently without any delay. Their suggestions do not appeal me. Maybe I am not taking the things seriously and really wasting time. Please advise the right solution after a true analysis. Also advise me about the remedy for betterment

I have this problem from 9 years. I am taking 2000.5 mg tablets a day dosage. 1500 mg sodium valproate. 500 mg levetiracetam. 0.5 mg clonazepam. I feel very depressed all the time and i have usual headaches. Loss of appetite.thoughts of suicide and behavioural changes also.i am studying dentistry but it has made my life worse.I cant study dentistry

I am having hard time going through a breakup and need help. Having constant headache and body aches, anxiety attacks and can not sleep for long.

Hi Doctor, My Dad is having High BP, recently we see that, every few 4-5 days he says n fights my mom has added something in food, rubbed ointment in his mouth while sleeping, tries to marry off my brother to my uncle's daughter, etc, where none of the above is true. Not sure he has any mental problem or just lying? Which specialist to see?
