I am not able to prioritize and perform important activities/ tasks. I get anxious and delay it. I meant to make a phone call to someone 3 months ago but I am unable to. I get anxious and I delay it everyday. I must have left my home a handful of times for the past 3 months. I feel conscious going out. Even more so if in have to converse on phone.

My gf cheated on me and i m feeling very depressed since we had 8 yrs of relationship.please suggest me how to get out of it.

Hello Doc, I here for my father, bipolar runs in my father's family i have researched so much about this and I'm certain that he has bipolar disorder. I can't convince him to get help I have tried so much. Last year he started taking medication only after he saw that I was depressed and that I'm taking medication I fought and came out of it and now I want him to get help in any way. He is being very stubborn about it.  His elder sister is taking meds from a very long time, he is close to her but even she can't convince him. My family especially my mother we all are suffering, he has also made bad decisions which lead to his early retiremernt. He's full of energy and speaks alot which is not necessary and gets emotional anytime, argues on all small things, in past he had also harmed himself by slapping himself and gets out of control, has occurred many times kindly advise on how to help him so that he accepts and gets help. I constantly get bad dreams and all related to death and I am 19 years old but I am facing this issue since I was 5 or 6. Earlier these dreams were coming to me in long intervals but from 2015 October it has been frequent and they are terrifying. I am unable to sleep for a week after I see dreams. Dreams aren't normal. What should I do to get over?

My dadi suffering from Alzheimer's diseases, she forget everything such as name, where she live, she would run outdoor and say i am going to my home . plz suggest me doctor name, address, any specialty centre for Alzheimer disease?

Drinking alcohol and not going job, only chatting in mobile all the day not worry about any family problems

I am facing forgetfulness and am not able to understand anything properly.since 3 to 4 days i am not able to sleep.

Dear doctor I was in a relationship with this guy for 6 years.He then said i smothered him and broke up.We patched up a couple of times,buti t didnt work.He has been disturbed for quite a while now.He has recently lost his mother and keeps drunk dialing me.He refuses to see a therapist.I really want to help him.What are my options?
